For John and I, the co-owners of LIA Magazine, we were in total amazement at everything that we saw at the Grand National Roadster Show ™. We went from building to building and still didn't see everything at the show. When you leave one building you have the awesome rides sitting outside that came to the show that grab your attention. While we were looking at all the hot rods inside and out someone brought it to our attention that we should take time to go the the NHRA Museum that is right there on grounds. Well, since John had gone to the drag races 10 years prior to our meeting and our first date was going to the U.S. Nationals down at Indianapolis we knew the museum was a must. Any of you that ever have the chance to visit Pomona you need to put visiting the NHRA Museum on your list. The images we captured with our cameras is just a speck about the history of drag racing and hot rodding and how, where and why it all started. Enjoy going back into the history books, we sure did!
